Opening for a driven Business Manager responsible for development and implementing program budgets across a cross functional organization, prepare reports for Program Executive, senior management and ensure the department complies with company policies. Ensure workers have the resources to complete their work.
Position responsibilities include:
Provides the monthly invoice, all account billing, and supporting information for the supported program.
Provides financial reporting.
Establish financial controls for AT&T compliance as it relates to your services.
Administers all AT&T contractual commitments so that AT&T fulfills its requirements.
Supports AT&T responses to Government-administered audits.
Manages and reports on remediation efforts associated with the Government-administered audit findings associated with AT&T's services.
Establishes an AT&T metrics program that mirrors the service level plan.
Constructs performance reports and manages monthly reporting.
Creates and documents customized processes.
Develops and documents policies and procedure manuals, desk level procedures, and custom workflows.
Owns the integration of process functions for all technologies. The ideal person will be familiar with AT&T policies, communications programs and Government contracting
Required Skills, Certification, Experience, and Education Minimum bachelor's in business or Finance with 5+ years of experience in communications and or Government industry disciplines
Required Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to obtain TS/SCI
