The Visible Learning Global Business Manager is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for our existing Visible Learning global licensees and partners. It is essential that this person establish trusting relationships and communication vehicles to inform, monitor, and grow our global impact. The Visible Learning Global Business Manager works across all licensees and partners to ensure quality control of our Visible Leaning brand and success of our global objectives. The Global Business Manager enhances operational processes through data analysis and the development, design and quality verifications of system level reports, including dashboards. This person supports the Senior Global Director for Visible Learning. The person in this role assumes a wide range of administrative and business responsibilities and interacts with the Corwin organization as a whole as well as external licensees. They responsible for implementing new directives for Visible Learning growth, and managing to support Learning initiatives.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and international licensees, communicating their needs, successes, and concerns across the business as appropriate to support identified growth goals and facilitate deeper relationships

  • Collect quarterly reports from Corwin global business units and licensee partners

  • Review and provide feedback on all quarterly reports submitted by the Corwin global business units and licensee partners

  • Support licensees with inquiries, updates, resources, etc.

  • Develop and support an international team of consultants in areas of expansion where no licensee is operating

  • Lead discussions with the larger operation teams around licensee reporting needs, revenue recognition, and royalty payments

  • Track business line performance, providing sales and pipeline data to the Senior Director to support executive reporting

  • Review business P&L for accuracy

  • Work with the Senior Director to shape business line strategy and prioritize the strategic roadmap

  • Act as the lead for the Corwin Operations Team/CPC meetings

  • Monitor Fair Use of intellectual property and Corwin-owned trademarks

  • Reconcile and prepare quarterly royalty and performance reports

Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university required

  • Proven budget development and oversight experience required

  • Demonstrated abilities to research marketplace trends and gather customer requirements

  • Demonstrated business planning and business case development abilities

  • Minimum of five years' experience in operations, and/or program management required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented

  • Proven ability to plan and implement special projects required

  • Demonstrated excellence in working with others and maintaining a positive working atmosphere for fellow empl

This person will: * Prepare and present forecasts for pipeline products and potential in-licensing products. * Perform analyses and assessments that include market size, penetration, market dynamics and potential revenue. * Coordinate with Global Marketing, BAI and cross-functional teams to develop forecasting inputs and assumptions. * Develop and manage Brand Plan and Long-Range Plan (LRP) forecasts, and ad-hoc forecasting requests independently * Work with clients in the assigned team(s) to develop service level agreements outlining forecasting requirements and deliverables. Basic Qualifications: * Doctorate degree OR * Master's degree and 2 years of forecasting and/or analytics experience OR * Bachelor's degree and 4 years of forecasting and/or analytics experience Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced degree (MS/MBA) * Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or statistics * 5+ years of forecasting, market research, or business analytics experience * Strong oral, written and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences * Strong project management skills—able to organize and complete multiple projects efficiently and on time * Demonstrated analytical skills combined with a client service orientation * Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment * Good understanding of the latest developments in the biopharmaceutical industry, and unmet medical needs and opportunities in the assigned therapeutic area * Strong modeling skills, experience with advanced spreadsheets * Experience with quantitative techniques including smoothing, regression, time series analysis, and simulation * Broad, working knowledge of commonly used biopharmaceutical industry databases * Demonstrated ability to think strategically to support key business decisions * Business analytics or forecasting or financial modeling experience in the biopharmaceutical or other healthcare industries. * Business analytics or forecasting experience with a consulting firm. * Experience within oncology therapeutic area.
