Business Manager - Entertainment

Job Description Job Description The Business Manager will oversee accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements. This role requires strong leadership, excellent client relations, and the ability to manage a team while excelling in independent projects.

The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills and will work effectively in a fast-paced environment. THIS JOB IS ON SITE. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB Experience : 3-5 years in a similar role preferred.

Education : Degree or certification in accounting/business management preferred but not required. Workload : Steady 40-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm) with a peak in December for year-end. Skills : Leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, prioritization, client relations.

Compensation : $25/hour for a 6-month probationary period, transitioning to salary afterward. Responsibilities : Accounts payable and receivable oversight, budgeting, reporting, payroll, financial statement preparation and analysis. Tools : Docyt, Tax Dome, QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook.

Client Interaction : Main point of contact after training period Team : Lead and mentor a team of three directly, work with two additional shared admin support members.
