Business Manager

Compensation: • Base Salary : $60,000- $70,000 • Bonuses and Commission Responsibilities: • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private Qualifications: • Must have a college degree • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • 2 years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Familiar with online job posting tools • Superb time management and organizational skills Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly •
