This role is responsible for budgets/projects of various sizes and will engage multiple business partners across Macy's and Vendor community to develop processes, reporting and resolution for complex issues related to Staffing within Macy's Beauty. Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to, Target Ownership, contract management, territory management, GWP/Peak/Holiday Staffing strategies and execution, and additional processes by developing tools that will assist in communication, analysis and troubleshooting. In addition, this role will ensure Corporate directives relating to Staffing/Scheduling are clearly communicated and executed in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
Manage ongoing support and development Sales, RSS, Coordinator & MUA Co-op Targets and contracts
Analyze Macy's stores staffing opportunities; make recommendations based on analysis
Develop staffing initiatives & reporting that support business directives and brand strategy.
Use RTR (budget tracking system) to create monthly payroll ROF to Finance; monthly, seasonal and annual financial forecasts
Proactively identify and resolve demonstration and staffing issues
Ability to research and analyze payroll, budget compliance and staffing trends.
Maintain systemic tracking for multiple staffing programs and budgets.
Foster collaborative partnerships with Human Resources, Asset Recovery, Compensation, and Staffing.
Interact effectively with all levels of the Beauty vendor community.
Serve as a lead in special projects, including set up, communication, reporting and roll-out.
Partner & effectively communicate with Vendors, Merchants, & Field team.
Supervise Staffing Analyst.
Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.

Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals.
Needs to feel confident presenting information to various levels.
Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Strong analytical skills; be able to make recommendations based on analysis of data.
Ability to make sound decisions and manage several processes in a fast paced environment.

May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.

Strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills.
Understanding of department store business in order to form a recommendation on initiatives.
Superior skill and proficient in Microsoft Products -PowerPoint, Access and Word.
Advance level Microsoft Excel experience - pivot tables, exporting from systems to excel, producing graphs, etc.
Understanding of Macy's systems (including MSP, Merchant Systems, RTR) preferred.
Excellent organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Collaborative, consultative style with a strong ability to establish trust and build relationships across all levels and functions of the organization.
