Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide World-Class Service while assisting in closing the sale Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine the direct approach we have with our customer base to expand sales revenue Meet with new and prospective customer base directly Develop and maintain strong relationships with entry-level sales and marketing team Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service contributes Answer questions related to the field day-to-day from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking information Essential Requirements Of A Business Management Trainee:
