Job Description:

Risk Projects and CDO (RPCDO), a group within Corporate Risk Management, manages and executes reporting projects and manages data improvements. The Business Management team manages centralized functions of the department including financial and headcount reporting; project status reporting; creation and maintenance of controls, processes and policies; business resiliency planning; office management; and centralized communications.

As a Senior Associate within RPCDO Business Management, you will:

  • Manage the creation and updating of PowerPoint presentations for meetings with senior management

  • Track and report on department actual headcount and expenses versus budget/forecast; maintain cost centers; track open reqs; manage non-comp expenses; assist with annual budget process and periodic Corporate Location Strategy (CLS) submissions

  • Create internal and external communications for RPCDO

  • Maintain RPCDO's business resiliency plans in RDMS and lead the periodic required testing of resiliency plans

  • Oversee periodic inventory and recertification processes for SharePoint sites and shared drive folders

  • Serve as a SharePoint Librarian for RPCDO

  • Assist to create and manage governance processes and update governance documents

  • Assist in RCSA control testing

  • Perform certain office management tasks

  • Participate in preparation of management reporting and presentations

  • Maintain relevant processes and policies related to cross-team controls

  • Provide support in completion of special projects deliverables

  • Potential new duties required of Business Management team

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information for senior management

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills including experience with creation of diagrams to succinctly summarize information

  • Excellent organization, analytical and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables

  • Experience with planning & analysis, such as budget/forecast and headcount reporting

  • Highly skilled with using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Ability to work and solve problems independently and work in a deadline-oriented environment

  • Ability to identify improvement current processes and achieve efficiencies

  • BA/BS degree required
