Job Overview:

As a Business Management and Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief of Staff of the Investor Experience Technology organization. You will be responsible for providing analytical, operational, and administrative support to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Chief of Staff's functional mandate in support of the Investor Experience Technology team. Your role will involve performing financial analysis, analyzing data, ensuring the Investor Experience organization operates effectively, managing KPIs, and assisting with various organizational initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and work across departments to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Finance to understand budget and forecast systems and infrastructure.

  • Support the teams in understanding their plans and associated spending/efficiencies

  • Provide expertise and support to ensure financial accuracy, integrity, and clarity

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision-making processes.

  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the Chief of Staff.

  • Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend strategies to streamline processes.

  • Assist in implementing best practices and standard operating procedures.

  • Support the Chief of Staff in managing operational activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the Chief of Staff's office and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Prepare materials and briefings for meetings, Town Halls, and executive presentations.

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in technology as a business manager, chief of staff, project manager, financial/business analyst or similar job functions

  • Experience managing a $30 Million+ technology budget including tracking and reporting

  • Experience overseeing a resource plan for over 200 technologists

  • Microsoft Office proficiency - Specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Preferences:

  • Strong EQ

  • People Management for Technology (onboarding, hiring, organizational effectiveness)

  • Business Management for a large company

  • Experience with financial and data analysis

  • Experience in running leadership presentations is highly desired

  • Technology Financial support experience

Pay Range:

$105,680-$158,520/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
