DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Support business management team to develop, implement and execute key reporting to be leveraged by all levels within MMBSI, senior management in CB and senior partners across the firm.

Provide tactical and strategic data assistance to help drive the Specialized Industries Business. Develop and maintain various business cases and forward looking performance models. Identify connections between specialized Industries business opportunities / challenges and underlying data such as, sales metrics, banker activities, campaigns, and initiatives.

Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions. Prepare presentation materials to be shared with management, business groups and other relevant stakeholders for regular business reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Business Management Analytics, Business Development, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Management Analytics, Business Development, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Analyzing connections between sales metrics and tenure vs productivity; Creating wireframes, mock-ups for presentations, performance reports, and dashboards to identify business impact analysis; Building yearly forecasts in Top down budget-style trends; Pitchbook; ad-hoc strategy projects; Short term strategic pricing initiatives, medium term budget analysis and longer term 5 year growth plans; SQL; and Tableau.

Job Location: 545 Washington Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07310. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.

Full-Time. Salary: $105,000 - $145,000 per year.
