Business Litigation Associate - New York

Annual salary: $215,000 $325,000 We are looking to speak with mid-level NY-licensed litigation associate attorneys, with prior federal court clerk experience, to join our clients popular Litigation practice in New York. A recognized team of proven problem-solvers, known for representing clients in high-stakes commercial litigation, including financial services, commercial lending, energy, construction, and the art world.

This team has significant experience in federal and state trial courts and arbitration proceedings and is called upon by business leaders to handle their most sensitive matters. The group has long-term relationships with clients by balancing an aggressive litigation posture with a sensitivity to controlling expenses and maximizing efficiency. You will work with colleagues who have spent time as the client and former Assistant U.S.

Attorneys.

The trial experience on hand is phenomenal. You will regularly represent companies and individuals in the defense of class actions, shareholder disputes, securities matters, and other proceedings in numerous federal and state jurisdictions. In addition to battling adversaries in the courtroom, your practice will include advising corporate clients on ways to manage and control litigation risks, including oversight of internal investigations.
