ASSOCIATE BUSINESS LITIGATION Location: Seattle, WA Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join their Business Litigation practice group in Seattle (link removed)> Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Washington. 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience , with at least two years in a law firm setting (link removed)> Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required. Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience managing large and complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities: Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues. Handle sophisticated litigation matters with a team of experienced attorneys, collaborating both locally and nationally.

Provide legal counsel in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Why Join? This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range from $260,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
