The Enterprise Customer Excellence Group (ECEG) brings together customer-focused functions from across the enterprise to provide a holistic approach to critical points of interaction with Wells Fargo customers. The group, which includes the Enterprise Complaints Management Office, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence and Net Promoter System, is responsible for understanding the causes of issues that affect customers, and providing solutions that ensure customers' needs are understood and supported. The group is also accountable for ensuring regulators' expectations are met and that team members have the tools and training necessary for success.

The Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CRC) organization is an enterprise function. This organization develops and implements consistent enterprise standards for remediating customer issues across the Wells Fargo enterprise. The organization enables more effective and coordinated monitoring, reporting and stakeholder communications. Enhancing our practices and outcomes for customers is a critical part of building a better Wells Fargo.

The Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CRC) provides the following services:

  • Business Partner Remediation Support

  • Remediation resources and project execution support

  • Remediation Process, Tools, and Governance

Business Liaison Consultant 4

  • CR COE Position responsibilities:
  • Effective timely and quality planning and oversight of customer remediation activities for the Wholesale line of business.

  • Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders while advising and overseeing remediation approaches to include decision making

  • Partnering with business and support leaders to ensure effective implementation of the CR COE vision, strategy and policies/procedures. This could include the facilitation, development and/or implementation of new or enhanced processes, procedures and other materials to support the CR lifecycle.

  • Responsible for the communication and implementation of remediation operational changes for the Wholesale business.

  • Tracks/evaluates performance of programs, remediations and other key initiatives.

  • Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.

  • Supports special projects for standardization and organizational alignment.

  • 'Audit' ready documentation

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business operations, implementation, or strategic planning; or 7+ years of legal experience which includes the review, evaluation and response to agency, law firm, or regulatory inquiries

Desired Qualifications

  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

  • Knowledge and understanding of consumer related remediation policy, process, and procedures

  • Knowledge and understanding of risk management

  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Strong communicator with the ability to know the audience and deliver the right message to Senior Leaders

  • Experience with the customer remediation life cycle including issue identification, intake, planning, execution, execution close and remediation validation and monitoring.

  • Proven pipeline management and implementation experience

  • Proven success in both verbal and written communication with senior business leaders / key business partners

  • Experience with successfully monitoring and controlling the risk by using effective planning, communications, and status reporting

  • Strong ability to prepare remediation and presentation materials for various levels of leadership

  • Direct knowledge or experience with the Wholesale line of business preferred

Enhancing our practices and outcomes for customers is a critical part of building a better Wells Fargo. We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Analytic Consultant 4. This Analytic Consultant will play the critical role of leveraging business systems and database knowledge to create and document Execution Output files on populations of customers who were harmed and in need of remediation. Specific duties and responsibilities of the role include, but may not be limited to: * Analysis of complex/high risk customer remediation issues to understand customer harm for multiple lines of business, including, but not limited to Small Business Lending (SBL) Personal Lines and Loans (PL&L), Education Financial Services (EFS) and Deposit Products Group(DPG) * Querying databases via SAS to create execution output on populations of harmed customers * Identifying internal and external data, and mining data across multiple business sources * Identifying new methodology/data sources, and recommending strategy changes or process enhancements * Working with data validation teams to ensure analytical accuracy * Translating business language to technical requirements, location of data, archives, etc. * Maintaining necessary processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Utilizing business systems to research transactions on deposit accounts * Profiling data to identify outliers, quality issues, and inaccurate data * Developing in-depth knowledge and expertise for SBL, PL&L, EFS or DPG * Delivering execution output and required documentation to remediation leads and execution leads * Creating Waterfall illustrations of customers in scope for each remediation * Profiling data to identify outliers, quality issues, and inaccurate data Required Qualifications * 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling * 4+ years of SAS experience * 3+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners Desired Qualifications * Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * 4+ years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools * Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups * Experience developing well-defined plans for problem resolution from preliminary or ambiguous information * Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills * Experience identifying internal and external data sources from multiple sources across the business * Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment * Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations Other Desired Qualifications * 4+ years of combined experience in using some or all of the following systems: Helms, SHAW, ECaR, FDR, Hogan. * Knowledge and familiarity with the Wells Fargo Customer Remediation (CR) policy and the process of remediating harmed customers in accordance with the CR policy * Experience defining and documenting Business and Technical Requirements * Knowledge and understanding of processes and procedures for preferably for SBL, PL&L, EFS or DPG. * Wells Fargo Small Business Lending, Personal Lines and Loans, Education Financial Services, or Deposit Products Group experience * Expertise in data profiling and research * Experience leading data analytics projects * Hands-on experience working with large and complex data * Solid understanding of data platforms, data architecture, and database design with emphasis on Oracle databases, SQL Server, and SQL databases * Previous experience working with data marts, data lakes, or enterprise level data systems Job Expectations * Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Street Address IA-Des Moines: 6200 Park Ave - Des Moines, IA TX-San Antonio: 4101 Wiseman Blvd - San Antonio, TX AZ-Chandler: 2600 S Price Rd - Chandler, AZ SD-Sioux Falls: 3401 N 4th Ave - Sioux Falls, SD CA-Irvine: 2030 Main St - Irvine, CA Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
