About the Job:

We are currently looking to hire a Business Intelligence Sr. Manager! The Business Intelligence Sr. Manager role is critical in establishing a solid foundation for data management within the organization, ensuring that data is organized, accessible, secure, and aligned with business objectives. The BI Manager will lead data architecture stand up and end-to-end implementation, including data strategy, vendors and systems selection and development projects. The area of this role will also include creation, maintaining and troubleshooting dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools such as Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.

This position will play a pivotal role in building the data architecture and strategy, enabling the future success of the company. The role is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office located in the Broomfield area, Colorado.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Lead system implementation projects in the BI & Data area

• Create a vision and roadmap for data analytics evolution strategy for the entire organization

• Select and manage vendors and provided services

• Design and develop data marts and PowerBI reports in close cooperation with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot PowerBI reports, dashboards, ETL middleware, and data marts

• Communicate data architecture setup progress and report to the leadership team; serve as the primary point of contact for the organization's Business Intelligence systems and reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to assess, plan, and execute BI system implementations within the broader ERP system implementation scope

• Establish data governance principles

The base compensation range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 commensurate with experience.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination

• Professional certifications in Data Science are a plus

• Hands-on expertise with PowerBI, Snowflake, and Stonebranch; experience with ETL tools like web

Methods and Informatica is a significant plus

• Experience interfacing with ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus

• Proven project management skills, especially in leading BI and data-related projects

• Experience with the Consumer Goods industry is a plus

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Fabric is a plus
