Organize and segment large volumes of internal business data
Drive intelligence into the data by combining product and market application information into existing datasets
Analyze external market factors through data subscriptions, on-line research and other external information sources
Develop sound market and business evaluations to improve forecasting
Help measure the subsequent impact changing market conditions will have on Carpenter's future performance
Qualified students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program and have a minimum GPA of 2.75 to be considered
Major in a business related field and has completed at least one full year of academic study in the field
Additional knowledge, skills and abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong inter-personal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Self-driven in order to achieve results
Prroficient in Microsoft Software Suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Additional knowledge of Tableau or Alteryx a plus.
