We are looking for a Business Intelligence Development to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN! If you possess a "whatever it takes attitude" keep reading.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Responsible for generating complex Qlik Sense reports and dashboards supporting the needs of both internal and external stakeholders

  • Work collaboratively with internal business users and clients to deliver exceptional Qlik Sense reporting solutions

  • Provide technical subject matter expertise on visualization creation and database design and development projects

  • Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes, and standards

  • Troubleshoot data related issues and track them through to resolution


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field. In lieu of degree, at least 2 years of experience with enterprise level IT or reporting


  • Experience with dashboard BI products such as Qlik Sense or Tableau

  • Experience with database software

  • Experience with web technologies

  • Experience managing and deploying changes in production environments in both team settings and with limited supervision

  • Experience diagnosing, isolating, and implementing strategies to resolve data quality issues in a team setting

  • Comfortable working with large, cross-functional groups of stakeholders

  • Experience analyzing requirements, deriving work estimates, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with Qlik Sense and NPrinting

  • Experience with associative data modeling

  • Experience with MS SQL Server

  • Experience with JavaScript/CSS

  • Knowledge of medical data

Reports to: Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition FLSA Status: Exempt Job Summary The role of the Sales Recruiter is to recruit high performing Call Center Admissions Navigators and Business Development Coordinators.
