The Ethics & Compliance Department is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of Banner's Corporate Compliance Program. This team ensures adherence to the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) to minimize the risk of regulatory or legal action against Banner, and to ensure Banner is adhering to the highest standards in billing accuracy.

This position participates in the design, integration and maintenance of enterprise information delivery platform. Works as part of a team in the design, direction and coordination of the data preparation, visualization, governance, security, and information delivery. Incumbent is responsible for resolution of multipart system requirements and issues ensuring solution is timely and of acceptable quality as well as successful and efficient deployment of enterprise solutions.
Participates in analyzing business requirements associated with the design and implementation of highly efficient, highly scalable enterprise information delivery. Designs and develops robust and efficient information delivery processes.
Participates in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance of the enterprise information delivery platform.
Identifies, investigates, tracks, and resolves critical technical errors ensuring the solution is timely and of acceptable quality.
Establishes and enforces information delivery standards, guidelines, procedures and quality assurance for deliverables such as data preparation, maintenance, support and security.
Reviews and analyzes data preparation processes and information delivery models to improve data management and data access.
Designs, constructs, tests and implements reporting, visualization, and dashboard processes that present historical data at a summary level with functionality to drill down into targeted detail records.
Creates documentation for standards and best practices for supporting enterprise information delivery processes and supplementing system documentation.
Performs data profiling, data preparation, report development, optimization, testing and implementation. Identifies required tasks and accurately determines needed resources and timeframes to ensure delivery of business needs.
Equivalent to a Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and healthcare experience and a minimum of 6 years increasingly responsible information delivery work.
Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, dimensional data modeling and complex interdependent SQL processes. Skilled in information delivery concept, design and development using modern reporting tools.
Experience working in a large data warehouse environment with complex data models. Strong problem solving and data analysis skills. Knowledge of project management principles.
Needs experience in large scale project planning and reporting either individual or team. Requires communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Requires ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels. As is typical in this industry, variable shifts and hours and carrying/responding to a pager may be required.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
