  • Dive into our internal and third-party data to develop user journeys by describing the quality, longevity, and trends of different segments of our user base and make strategic recommendations
  • Lead analytical efforts to develop scalable and methodologically rigorous approaches to performance measurement (e.g., AB testing, incrementally testing), forecasting, and other applications of advanced analytics.
  • Track, prioritize, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across multiple teams; act as primary lead for analytics/tracking implementation efforts
  • Ensure that applicable components such as design specifications, testing, and all required technical/user documentation are completed for each project.
  • Help identify and develop data collection strategies to support standard and ad-hoc reporting on KPIs that directly measure online campaigns, product and conversion funnel performance
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to enhance the companys data collection and business intelligence leveraging 3rd party APIs


  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real work-advantages/drawbacks;
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications;
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages such as and not limited to: Javascript, R, Python, SQL, Java, Scala, etc
  • A strong understanding of concepts, terminology, and measurement issues related to web analytics
  • Experience with website analytics & tagging tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google tag Manager)
  • Experience in designing data models and data warehouses, writing and maintaining ETLs which operate on structured and unstructured sources
  • Passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO/AA/M/F/DV Responsibilities The Regional Business Office Manager is the key financial resource in support of the Business Office for the specific region assigned. Such oversight consists of P & L analysis and reporting and supervisory responsibilities of each center's Business Office Managers as it relates to the center's financial cycles including billings, collections, procurement of goods and services and workforce management/payroll. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Revenue Management and Accounts Receivable oversight for centers within region including billing and collection practices/guidelines ensuring timely and accurate billing, enforcement of collection practices/guidelines and compliant approval for revenue adjustments and bad debt write-offs. * Provide training/reinforcement on all business cycles including Procurement, Workforce Management, Census management and A/R. A/R training to include PCC, FI electronic claim submission/remittance programs, state specific Medicaid billing systems, EMDEON and Casamba interface. * Prepare ad hoc analysis in order to provide needed financial insights to assist in the financial analysis of operations of each center. * Support of the Business Office Manager and Administrator in the interview process of any new hire in Business Office. * Participate in the pre-survey reviews at center in preparation for yearly surveys and assist in resolution of a survey issues. * Monitor the Medicare Bad Debt Process including the review of completed logs and backup documentation. * Monitor for the integrity of the Resident Trust Account Qualifications Position Requirements: * BS/BA in Accounting or Finance is preferred * Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care required; with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. * Knowledge of SNF health care billing requirements and accounts receivable management and financial applications. * Experience with Medicare and Medicaid processes and regulations. * Willingness to travel as required within region.
