The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist II to join our vibrant Advancement & Partnerships Division. In this role, you'll use your data and tech skills to help drive our mission forward. You'll support big-picture projects, streamline processes, and be a key player in our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Business Process Documentation:
Dive into UCF Advancement's data world and understand our systems.
Spot areas where we can do better and document these processes.
Keep our end-user documentation clear and up to date.
Ensure our reports and systems follow the same standards.
Report and Dashboard Creation:
Team up with experts to create awesome reporting tools and queries.
Develop and tweak reports and dashboards to meet our team's needs.
Create visual representations of workflows and processes.
Testing and Data Validation:
Ensure our reporting projects meet quality standards.
Validate data during migrations and updates.
Test new tools and applications and keep documentation current.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree and/or experience in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or similar roles.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
