As part of the Global Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) team you will pioneer boundaries in technology and innovation.  You will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decisions, fostering innovation, and providing powerful insights to steer the company towards success. Positioned at the heart of our global operations, you will lead a dynamic team in the pursuit of analytical excellence, turning complex data into actionable insights that shape BCG's future.

As a Product Owner, you will empower teams and BCG leaders with advanced digital capabilities to deliver strategic insights into business performance, trajectory, and drivers. Among your responsibilities, you will:

  • Work closely with business to develop analytic and reporting tools that support the firm's Revenue Operations strategy

  • Monitoring product performance to inform future work

  • Achieving measurable KPIs defined for your Squad

  • Managing product budgeting process and supporting Tribe Lead with the funding process

  • Serve as the voice of customer or end-user

  • Translating customer needs into user stories to ensure they are integrated into the Squad's work

  • Proactively seeking customer feedback (e.g., via surveys & interviews) to understand their needs and requirements

  • Leveraging empirical and qualitative data to assess feature performance and inform prioritization, navigating tradeoffs between customer value, cost, and speed of execution

  • Oversee and prioritize the Squad's work

  • Managing and owning a well-organized product backlog

  • Setting clear expectations for delivery timelines and acceptance criteria based on business objectives

  • Support and enable the Squad to get its work done

  • Providing ongoing guidance and feedback to Squad and Tribe members

  • Engaging with Chapter Leads regarding resourcing and functional expertise required in Squad

  • Set an overall vision to direct and inform the Squad's work

  • Working closely with the Tribe Lead to ensure alignment with the Tribe's business strategy, goals, and objectives

  • Translating Tribe objectives into a clear vision (e.g., via KPIs, sprint goals) for your Squad

  • Sharing priorities and output with fellow Product Owners to ensure alignment across the organization

  • Enable the organization's new way of working

  • Modelling and reinforcing the behaviors that support the organization's new ways of working

  • Cultivating an Agile culture within the Squad
