The Marketing BI Analyst will be a key contributor to the evolution of the Marketing Analytics strategy. A successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging software for descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis of our marketing operations. Through this analysis they will improve the planning, execution, and optimization of digital programs and marketing strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and strategic application of the Google Analytics 360 environment in order to properly and accurately support decision making across the organization.
Champions and further develops best practices for measuring & optimizing marketing activities through data-driven decision making.
Produces regular reports on digital properties via Google Analytics 360.
Serves as the subject matter expert on Google Analytics data and the integrations with various enterprise information assets including Salesforce.com and Marketing Cloud.
Applies data mining capabilities to aggregate, validate, and disseminate actionable insights through enterprise information delivery tools.
Pro-actively analyzes data to uncover insights and key takeaways that improve business outcomes and return on investment.
Serves on cross-functional teams to provide user insights, set KPIs, and monitor results with a consistent goal of improving program outcomes.
Supports implementation of tools and the development of infrastructure to help scale analytics, increase efficiencies, and improve the quality of results.
Continuously learns and evaluates new analytics technologies and stays up-to-date on new trends and tools
Occasional travel for training, meetings, or trade shows may be required.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Information/Data Science, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field required.
Master's Degree or other advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in an analytics role required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Advanced experience with Google Analytics 360 is required.
Advanced experience with data analytics concepts, data warehouses, metrics, and KPIs.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and Marketing Cloud.
Advanced knowledge of analytics and data visualization tools.
Background in an analytical capacity, evaluating performance of marketing activities/campaigns, and creating predictive models.
Track record of data-driven decision making.
Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve problems.
Database and SQL experience and know-how preferred.
Ability to work cross-functionally across a variety of disciplines.
Ability to communicate with peers, cross-functional partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
