Main Objective:

The Marketing BI Analyst will be a key contributor to the evolution of the Marketing Analytics strategy. A successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging software for descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis of our marketing operations. Through this analysis they will improve the planning, execution, and optimization of digital programs and marketing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management and strategic application of the Google Analytics 360 environment in order to properly and accurately support decision making across the organization.

  • Champions and further develops best practices for measuring & optimizing marketing activities through data-driven decision making.

  • Produces regular reports on digital properties via Google Analytics 360.

  • Serves as the subject matter expert on Google Analytics data and the integrations with various enterprise information assets including Salesforce.com and Marketing Cloud.

  • Applies data mining capabilities to aggregate, validate, and disseminate actionable insights through enterprise information delivery tools.

  • Pro-actively analyzes data to uncover insights and key takeaways that improve business outcomes and return on investment.

  • Serves on cross-functional teams to provide user insights, set KPIs, and monitor results with a consistent goal of improving program outcomes.

  • Supports implementation of tools and the development of infrastructure to help scale analytics, increase efficiencies, and improve the quality of results.

  • Continuously learns and evaluates new analytics technologies and stays up-to-date on new trends and tools

  • Occasional travel for training, meetings, or trade shows may be required.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Information/Data Science, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field required.

Master's Degree or other advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in an analytics role required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics 360 is required.

  • Advanced experience with data analytics concepts, data warehouses, metrics, and KPIs.

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and Marketing Cloud.

  • Advanced knowledge of analytics and data visualization tools.

  • Background in an analytical capacity, evaluating performance of marketing activities/campaigns, and creating predictive models.

  • Track record of data-driven decision making.

  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve problems.

  • Database and SQL experience and know-how preferred.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across a variety of disciplines.

  • Ability to communicate with peers, cross-functional partners, and internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location: Ave Maria, FL Main Objective: The Business Analyst III Laboratory, Sterilization, Engineering & Regulatory position works directly with business departments within Arthrex to build and manage a pipeline of Information Technology projects and enhancements. A successful candidate must have experience defining and operating business processes in the following areas: Engineering, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Quality. The position liaises with the technical organization to determine the timing and cost of specific projects, also engages in process improvement efforts to optimize the effectiveness of technology investments. This position also works with business in gathering requirements, project management and communication liaison with Business Users. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Participates in gathering user/customer requirements including master data governance * Deploy an appropriate methodology for the identification and documentation of business requirements. * Assist in with process, tools and documentation for Engineering, Regulatory, Laboratory * Ability to train users on ERP, PLM, PDM, LIMS and related systems * Maintain documentation and change control to comply with CFR Title 21 820 * Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies * Meet regularly with departments to solicit feedback on needs * Project Management and mentorship of junior-level analysts * Lead demand planning and scheduling of Engineering, Regulatory, Sterilization and Laboratory functional areas * Translate business goals and objectives into strategic business capabilities. * Continuously analyze and document as-is process and process interfaces * Systematic updating and creation of system documentation, business process documentation, and end user documentation. * Benchmark current and future processes against best industry practices. * Develop a roadmap of projects and initiatives for enablement of new capabilities. * Accountable for adoption of solutions by sponsoring business departments. * Up to 20% travel required Incidental Duties: The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job.
