Job Summary

A Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards for multiple functional modules of Infor ERP, Infor BIRST. Analyst will closely work with users and system developers to identify reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions that support business needs. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective reporting solutions. We are now open to remote candidates but the are REQUIRED TO BE LIVING CURRENTLY IN ILLINOIS OR WISCONSIN ONLY. Out of state candidates should not apply.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards utilizing Infor Birst and other BI tools

• Work with the business users to gather and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across different systems and data sources.

• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable reporting solutions.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in reporting and analytics and incorporate them into the company's reporting strategy

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in reporting development with a strong focus on the Finance module of an ERP system (preferably Infor ERP).

• Proficient in BI tools such as Birst, Power BI, or SSRS.

• Strong experience in SQL development and stored procedures.

• Familiarity with database design and data modeling concepts.

• Familiarity with Data Lake & data warehouse concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Desired:

• Experience with Infor ERP's Finance & SCM modules

• Familiarity with Infor ERP's financial & SCM data structures and reporting frameworks.

• Familiarity with ERP applications like SAP, Workday, Infor, D365, Oracle

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
