This role is part of a Business Intelligence team that develops and supports data analysis and visualization products to empower data-driven business strategies at YRCW.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean, synthesize, validate, and analyze data from disparate sources to create valuable insights

  • Formulate creative data-driven solutions to help achieve enterprise-wide goals.

  • Develop and manage end-to-end data analysis processes, from ETL to visualization, presentation, and end-user training

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (math, statistics, computer science, engineering, etc.) or demonstration of equivalent skills through work experience and/or training certifications.

  • Two (2) years prior experience working in database management, data analytics, and visualization software (SQL Server, Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated technical and quantitative abilities.

  • Understanding of data structures.

  • Background in data visualization.

  • Experience working independently and handling concurrent projects

WORKING CONDITIONS

This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
