Cerner is looking for a new Business Intelligence Analyst for our Tiger Institute team! As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will analyze processes and data quantitatively and qualitatively to provide business insight to support MU Health Care's clinical integration initiatives. You will need to articulate key process flows to stakeholders, while describing and manipulating data sets, sources, and structures. You will also work to gather requirements and manage multiple inputs and priorities to develop reporting that will make data more meaningful to business initiatives. Business Intelligence Analysts identify the root cause of problems with reports or data sets within the domain and collaborate on data quality conditions and monitoring with subject matter experts.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 1 year of Business Analytics work experience
At least 1 year of programming experience using SQL and/or R
At least 1 year of data visualization experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Experience creating and delivering data-focused presentations and providing data-driven recommendations
Understanding of value-based healthcare and/or health plan operations including experience with quality measures
Experience with ETL processes and data validation
Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Columbia, MO area
