GREAT HYBRID WORK OPPORTUNITY Must be Located in CHICAGO AREA! You will be working in office in our Morton Grove, IL location 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week! This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

The Business Integrity Analyst's primary responsibilities are to follow best practices and established processes in support of assigned projects and tasks related to delivering the best possible customer experience through business related data analysis, project management, process improvement and timely and accurate input of data. The Business Integrity Analyst is responsible for delivering measurable results that achieve or exceed company objectives with respect timely and accurate completion of assigned projects, successful testing and implementation of new processes improvements and accurate data entry and maintenance. Additionally, the role works directly with all internal BRS departments (inventory management, sourcing, finance, etc.) to drive all open issues to closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all assigned projects and tasks to completion in conjunction with the designated project timeline (following Business Integrity best practices and established process).

  • Evaluate needs of the project (data sets, process, internal colleagues, and external requirements)

  • Determine appropriate steps and order of operations for tasks related to project execution

  • Document any new process created as a result of the project

  • Engage Project Manager for support with any necessary IT requirements

  • Proactively communicate project status with Project Manager and internal partners

  • Execute all Business Integrity aspects of the project timely and accurately

  • Effectively manage internal customer communications related to projects and tasks (responsive, positive, polished, drive to closure, etc.)

  • Support the Project Manager in testing, implementing, and documenting new processes

  • Identify and implement audits of data sets to ensure consistency and accuracy across the customer base.

  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of all facets of the new customer implementation process and execute appropriate tasks as needed. Proactively escalate when necessary.

  • Provide guidance and support for activities related to customer exit process and execute appropriate tasks as needed. Proactively escalate when necessary.

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to analyze data related to account structure improvement and execute necessary systemic updates.

  • Manage analysis and input of relevant data fields into the AS400 operating system

  • Maintain accuracy in all relevant data submissions:

  • New item additions

  • Changes to demand forecast

  • Item maintenance

  • Cost changes

  • Rebates

  • Ordering Portal maintenance

  • Utilize BRS Best Practices including usage of all recommended software and tools per established criteria

  • Be a role model for BRS's company culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry and data management

  • Project management experience a plus

  • AS400 experience is a plus

  • Retail or Supply Chain industry experience a plus.

  • Excel proficiency is required

  • Ability to produce an independent work product
