Business & Integration Architecture Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Business & Integration Architecture Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients' program/project specifications and objectives. Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.

Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements. Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet the business requirements. Write functional specifications, use cases, and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.

Work on strategy and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team. Provide functional support to the development team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions. Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team.

Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

The Development Lead performs and/or leads the technical design and development of complex application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms and may participate in some application architecture functions. Responsibilities: * Analyze project requirements and estimate effort, time, and cost to complete project tasks. * Create/review unit and test plans; Identify opportunities to improve testing process. * Perform and/or lead design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of technical solutions; Develop basic and detailed program specifications; Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved. * Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify software having high complexity, significance, and risk. * Lead technical staff and clients to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems; Identify and manages interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations. * Monitor operating efficiency of existing application systems; Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommends technical solutions. * Demonstrate good understanding of the business needs driving the projects. * Develop training plans, materials and documentation, and coordinate training sessions. * Monitor user adoption rates. * Recommend, implement, and test automation strategies. * Perform code reviews and ensure successful deployments. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * At least 10 years experience with developing and implementing applications. * At least 4 years experience with major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications. Preferred Skills/Experience: * 5 years of experience with Java/Apex programming language * 2 years of experience with JavaScript, JS frameworks (e.g. Angular 5 ), and HTML5 * Design experience with Salesforce mobile application and SDK * Experience with creating Salesforce Apex triggers on customized objects and writing Apex classes, Apex controllers, test classes and developing Visual Force Pages. * Experience with SOQL and SOSL queries. * Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI. * Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Live Agent. * Experience with Salesforce customization, security controls, creating profiles, roles, users, record types, page layouts and email services. * Experience with Salesforce administrative tools such as managing users, data management, domain management, generating reports, dashboards, communication templates, tasks and events. * Experience with Salesforce Setup menu creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots, and report types. * Familiarity with Salesforce validation rules and custom workflows. * Experience developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards. * Experience with agile team design, user story tasking, and grooming. * Experience directing off-shore resources. * Experience with REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise level applications US Bank Irving TX
