Strong analytical skills that review, interpret, summarize, and make recommendations to clients
Set up and facilitate meetings with client and multiple business units in order to address business needs and develop solutions
Gather business requirements from client to design analytical strategy for reporting
Ability to demonstrate strong prioritization of projects and manage multiple deadlines
Proficient (medium to high skill level) with various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Access.
Intermediate knowledge of relational database management systems such as Showcase, MS SQL Server/MySQL, MS Access and/or AS/400
Intermediate problem solving and organizational skills
Detail oriented, meticulous and accurate in completing tasks on time
Strives for continuous improvement through training & other learning opportunities
SQL experience strongly encouraged.
VBA, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy or similar experience a plus
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering and/or 3-6 years of experience.
Healthcare experience is a plus
