Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

This position will report to the Business Architecture Lead of Wholesale Relationship Management enablement within the Wholesale Business Solutions Data & Insights group of WCOO. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the field, and measurement of initiatives that are the most highly complex and strategic in nature.Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to plan and execute a variety of business architecture and related projects / initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. Examples might include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales Process / operational workflow / data architecture / Journey mapping, process improvement and system redesign.

  • Provides subject matter expertise and consultants with analysts across the enterprise on connected initiatives in the transformation and technology rationalization domains.

  • Facilitates with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.

  • Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.

  • Manages both directly and matrix resources whose functions include: development of plans, process impact and redesign, user testing, change management, communication, training, delivery

  • Collaborating with LOB subject matter experts and technology partners to understand business application needs and recommend solutions to deliver the desired business outcomes.

  • Validating business and functional requirements, and ensuring needs are understood by the technology partners responsible for the development of solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

  • 8+ years of business analysis experience

  • Knowledge of Wholesale banking and Wells Fargo business tools

  • Experience working in large multi-LOB financial services institutions

  • Strong project planning, implementation readiness and organizational skills

  • Experience developing and leading User Acceptance Testing plans and execution.

  • Experience developing and managing group wide capacity planning functions.

  • Successful track record of deployment and adoption of new platforms/capabilities

  • Proven ability in partnering, collaborating and building relationships with a breadth of stakeholders and constituents including line of business and functional leaders across a complex, matrixed environment

  • Experience conducting road mapping and journey mapping sessions

  • Experience managing appropriate risk and making sound decisions

Business Enablement, Data & Insights is looking for a Business Initiatives Consultant for RelationshipView (RV), a Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool used by multiple lines of business within Wholesale Banking, including Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Auto Dealer Commercial Services, for sales and relationship management activities. This position will act as a liaison to the businesses using RelationshipView (RV) and will function as a subject matter expert on the tool and how the businesses use it. He/She will collaborate with various business and technology partners and Line of Business subject matter experts to strategize, plan, implement and deliver CRM support and solutions. A successful candidate will be responsible for: * Partnering with business stakeholders, technology, QA, and other groups, as appropriate, throughout the SDLC to complete analysis, detailed business requirements, test planning, and test execution to support the implementation of medium to highly complex system enhancements for business and technology projects, production defects, compliance, SHRP issues and users support initiatives. * Collaborating with Line of Business Subject Matter Experts to understand business drivers and the capabilities needed to support them. Align enhancements with the needs of varying user base constituencies. Ability to deliver a "No" answer to a request and have developed alternatives and workarounds to present as other options. * Understanding and communicating cross-LOB impacts of changes to the platform. * Working with Business Intelligence (BI) partners to solve for enhanced analytic needs and supporting native reports and dashboards as necessary. * Act as subject matter expert for RV platform. Includes understanding the RV security model (how org wide defaults, sharing rules, Roles and Profiles, field level settings, and encryption impact both user experience and access to data.) * Partnering with Technology team to prioritize, develop and deliver solutions. Includes validating business and functional requirements, influencing solution design to ensure a consistent user experience across the platform and ensuring business needs are understood by the technology partners responsible for the development of solutions. Assisting with development queue management. * Accomplishing objectives in a complex matrixed environment with occasional competing priorities while maintaining positive working relationships with line of business stakeholders, technology and partner app teams, QA, PMO, and other supporting partners (L&D, Communications, Prod Support, UX). * Working on several initiatives concurrently in various stages of the software development lifecycle. * Supporting and participating in communication, training and engagement activities. * Production support escalations.
