Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo's more than 70 million global customers.

The Building Systems Group (BSG) of Corporate Properties Group (CPG) is seeking a Business Initiatives Consultant 2 to help support building technology lifecycle processes and service delivery across all property types globally managed by CPG. The position will work closely with facility engineering groups to aid in delivery of compliant building technology systems including modern-day control systems (HVAC, lighting, irrigation, etc.), as well as interface with Information Technology to support governance and compliance efforts related to cybersecurity of building technologies and provide subject matter expertise to facility and technology project teams.

Responsibilities include:

Areas of responsibility include BSG Technology process development, construction and up-fit project reviews, Wells Fargo internal process coordination and participation, building operational technology target operating model tasks and technology governance and oversight. In addition, the role will frequently interface with representatives from corporate technology, corporate risk and international lines of business to ensure all system of record elements are held in full policy compliance. The position participates in the research of new technologies for general fit and compliance to corporate needs. Due to the global footprint of Wells Fargo facilities, outside of standard business hour meetings and calls are required from time-to-time.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 1+ years of Tridium Niagara experience

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Microsoft Visio experience

Other Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Industrial Control design and installation

  • Niagara 4 certified

  • Proven command/knowledge of building automation systems to include: HVAC, Electrical Power Monitoring Systems, Fire Detection and Suppression

The Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Office focuses on achieving quality performance across our businesses to enable the company to execute more effectively against our regulatory priorities and further drive our transformation. The Business Process Management Capability and Program Group (BPMC&P) is responsible for building a sustainable BPM foundation for Wells Fargo in order to deliver improved customer experience, increased efficiencies, and world class operational risk and compliance. Across the BPM Framework - definition, measurement, improvement, and governance - the team delivers in a timely fashion on key regulatory and risk transformation deliverables, enables and equips Well Fargo Groups and Process Owners with consistent, standard BPM capabilities, and governs Wells Fargo's BPM capability with clear expectations and practical oversight. Strategy and Solutions (S&S) is a group within the BPMC&P organization that develops strategic and tactical integration points with IRM and Front Line organizations; provides key analytic insights from rich process-based information; drives a consistent strategy/operating model across BPMC&P; provides strategic consulting services to BPM Leadership; and supports critical BPM operational needs. The Strategic Initiatives team is part of the S&S group and is responsible for further developing strategic and tactical integration points with Independent Risk Management and Front Line organizations; providing strategic consulting services related to BPM to senior leadership across the enterprise; and developing strategic concepts through the entire concept lifecycle - initial exploration, strategic design, socialization, concept approval and funding, program design, and program launch. Where necessary, provide program leadership through implementation as well. Responsibilities Senior experienced and self-directed individual to: * Serve as strategic advisor to Executive leaders in helping advance BPM through the design and leadership of transformational initiatives * Interface with the Consent Order Program Office and Independent Risk Management (IRM) teams to help draft clear, compelling, and integrated deliverables outlining progress against target operating state and partner with other BPM capability and program teams to prioritize activities and requirements in thoughtful, practical manner. * Interface with numerous IRM functions to understand how modifications to the Risk Transformation model will impact BPM and Front Line operating model and execution procedures, and develop corresponding plans and actions for BPM to address. * Routinely prepare PowerPoint presentations for Executive level audiences, including the Board of Directors * Represent BPM subject matter effectively to IRM teams and Front Line risk functions. * Provide BPM subject matter expertise for required regulator exams that have BPM component. * Support and drive other BPM capability and program initiatives as priorities warrant. * Develop and own the BPM Capability Strategic Plan and related strategic initiatives, and develop and maintain Process Management Objectives that support the Strategic Plan. * Develop strategy and direction for Top of House processes and work with other BPM Capability and Program teams to thoughtfully integrate with other activities. * Support other BPM teams in analyzing and planning organizational constructs, including sourcing strategies and facility availability.
