Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo's more than 70 million global customers.

This role will be supporting the Wells Fargo Technology strategy which has developed a resource strategy as a significant part of its overall strategy to enable the organization to attract, develop and retain top talent. This role will be responsible for providing support and structure for the execution of the programs and processes governing the many dimensions of the resource strategy for Wells Fargo Technology. This role will report to the lead for the Resource Strategy Programs and support the multiple programs aligned to the strategy including, but not limited to talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, organizational effectiveness and workplace strategy. The position will provide program management support with the development of the detailed plans, driving the execution of the plans and analysis of the results to ensure progress against the goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel

Desired Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Agile experience

  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Project skills

  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
