THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Systems Design Senior Analyst you will help support the design, development, and continual maintenance of the Business Immigration Group's XpressDox document automation application and its integration with Caribou, our Salesforce case management system. In this role, you will work closely with the legal team to gather and refine requirements; our internal Caribou tech team to ensure those requirements are sound from an integration standpoint; and with our third party implementation consultant, to relay those requirements and ensure they are implemented per the specifications provided.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

On any given day, you will:

• Assist in the maintenance and further development of our 700+ XpressDox template library made up of Word templates and government forms.

• Handle XpressDox issue management through Jira, which includes the creation of tickets, identifying the solution to resolve a ticket, testing the ticket to ensure the issue is fully resolved, and communicating out to the platform once a ticket has been resolved.

• Field any issues or problems reported to the XpressDox inbox and create Jira tickets, as needed.

• With guidance from the larger XpressDox Team, identify optimal UX/UI design as it relates to template interviews to ensure it is intuitive and user-friendly for a 300+ platform of users.

• Be responsible for the integration between Caribou and XpressDox to further optimize the legal team's efficiency in preparing cases and eliminate duplicative data entry into multiple systems.

YOU HAVE:

• A minimum of two years of related experience. Bachelor's degree required.

• A background in business immigration law working as an attorney, paralegal, or senior administrative resource.

• Prior experience using a case management system.

• Prior experience using a document automation application.

• Knowledge of Firm operation, policies and procedures.

• Advanced knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Demonstrates close attention to detail.

• The ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.

• The ability to handle multiple assignments and shifting priorities.

• The ability to organize and prioritize work and to build consensus on solutions within divergent stakeholders.

• The ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

• The ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

• Demonstrated a commitment to quality of finished product.

• The ability to problem solve.

The salary range for this role is $28.84 to $33.65 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
