Sentar is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to provide complete financial analysis and data to Project Managers and Stakeholders from a cost perspective for multiple programs and task orders. The candidate will help coordinate the development and delivery of all aspects of contract deliverables, schedule and financial contract performance accounting, ensuring all CDRLs meet quality standards and are on time. They will support multiple cross-organizational programs that promote business processes, IT, and financial efficiencies. They will improve and maintain the tools and processes used to estimate project costs and define requirements that enable a transition from existing tools to a corporate tool set. The candidate will also improve the tools and processes used to conduct project cost accounting. The candidate will work closely with technical project management counterparts to manage the operations of the task order teams, providing guidance and expertise across all realms of project execution as required. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide budget planning, development, analysis and provide execution of multiple funding types for government contract. Coordinate financial requirements, and prepare briefings and graphic presentations for management and customer review. Coordinate and justify budget requirements and maintain accurate documentation of budget requirements by tracking requirements, approvals, and contract expenditures. They will manage task funding, prepares spend plans, and assists Program Control in conducting analysis of monthly program execution (actual vs. plan) and preparation of reports with variance explanations.The candidate will work with the customer(s) in a dynamic and fast paced work environment. Further, the candidate will work with Corporate HR, Contracts and Accounting staff in the management and execution of applicable financial, reporting and contract functions.
The successful candidate will have a sufficient depth and breadth of knowledge to keep program and corporate management informed of project financial, contract, and reporting status and developments, and to provide reporting and recommendations regarding complex financial, reporting, and contract delivery concerns.

Experience with financially complex government programs
Experience ensuring the proper tracking and maintenance of accurate contract cost and budget records for all contract CLINs and related modifications.
Advanced Excel experience
