Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant (Product Owner) supporting Cash Management Services in ATM Strategy and Vendor Solutions (ASVS) within Consumer, Small Business & Banking Operations. A Product Owner owns the alignment of a product area vision, and intention map, with a solid understanding of the customers and product. This role is responsible for collaborating with the delivery team(s), product area team, and product team, to experiment, discover and deliver the product vision. This role is supports two-ten delivery teams within a given product area.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Collaborate with the product manager on the overall product intention map
Inspire and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and key performance indicators
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Accept user stories after they have met the acceptance criteria and the definition of done
Actively participate in all product area events
Coordinate with business analysts, delivery coordinators, POs, and support roles
Coordinate with other product owners in service of the customer experience
Define and refine user stories, including business readiness stories, ensuring acceptance criteria is clearly understood by the team
Identifying and resolving prioritization conflicts, and sequencing, across products and product areas
Maintain a healthy backlog of items that are linked appropriately (Story → Feature → Epic)
Maintain continuous and cadenced communication with the product manager and delivery teams
Responsible for ensuring that all known work is added to the backlog and made transparent
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Actively owning the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Developing, evolving, and communicating the product area vision, priorities, and strategy, to key partners and stakeholders while obtaining feedback, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Provide additional support as needed including answering questions and addressing escalated impediments
Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams

Advanced organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced process efficiency experience, including process assessment, and recommendations for improvement
Advanced experience with Agile methodology
Advanced experience with project delivery, project methodologies, and/or project management
Certified PMP
Experience with Wells Fargo Consumer, Small Business & Banking (CSBB) Operations Cash Management Services processes
Experience with Wells Fargo systems including Confluence and JIRA
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skills
Job Expectations:
