In order to secure its revenue stream, Criteo has set up the Global Business Escalation team, in charge of overseeing large incident management. The team has become the global point of contact and coordination for every issue that significantly threatens Criteo's revenue stream or reputation.
The team has gained the trust and respect from the organization. The Business Escalation won The Global Sales & Operations Team award in 2017, thanks to a good recipe of play as a team and work seamlessly throughout all time zones, with team members in Paris, New York and Tokyo, challenge all common ideas and ways of doing things, build structured methodologies and work based on facts, and finally empower all team members so that each of them can be the team's voice in every situation.
Based in New York, we are looking for a Business Escalation Analyst for Americas (including North America and Latin America), to join a global team of 7. This role will report directly to the Global Business Escalation Manager, sitting in NYC.
What will you do?
Take the lead with end-to-end critical incident management, including qualification, investigation, business impact analysis, and communication to the appropriate Sales & Operations audience. Work with various teams around the globe throughout investigations.
Act as a main point of contact for Americas Sales & Operations teams and management, for issues escalation, and facilitate communication and align priorities between local teams and Paris-based Central, Product and R&D teams.
Contribute to issue detection, through the investigation of business alerts triggered by the Business Escalation monitoring tool.
Create and/or adapt the Business Escalation team's processes and ways of monitoring and safeguarding our business, in order to meet our future needs.
Drive issue post-mortems, and leverage learnings from past issues to propose, create and/or adapt internal processes and tools in order to improve our issue detection capabilities and further protect Criteo revenue and reputation.
Play your part in the 24/7 availability of our business escalation service, ensuring follow-ups on other regions incidents, during US timezone.
What we NEED?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field.
2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics in the tech or digital space.
Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing complex datasets from multiple data sources, in order to report on performance and analyze fluctuations. Proficient in SQL. Python, R, Tableau skills are a plus.
Strong aptitude to take the lead and coordinate various teams in crisis situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to communicate clearly and appropriately in front of international Commercial and R&D teams, and to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Hard-working, multi-tasking, hands-on, team-oriented, creative, cooperative, possessing good judgment and exceptional problem-solving skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments.
Experience in an international role or environment.
