Turner Public School seeks a 7-12 business educator for the 2024-25 school year. Specifically, we seek a highly energetic team player focused on each student's success and academic achievement.
This particular position has consisted of various business and computer electives. The ideal candidate will have Montana certification to teach concepts in business education and differentiate instruction.
As a district, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive educational curriculum and a variety of co/extra-curricular activities for all students. Small class sizes and the opportunity for dual college credit through the Montana University System further enhance the educational experience we provide. If you are passionate about education and student achievement, we invite you to join our dedicated team at Turner Public School.
Turner is located in North Central Montana, twelve miles south of the Canadian border. We are an active rural community that supports education and school activities.
The district offers housing that is within walking distance of the school. Turner provides teacher housing/utilities for the first contract year at no cost and only $200 monthly for housing/utilities every year after that. Our teaching positions allow us to receive the Quality Educator Loan Assistance of up to $3,000, $4,000 & $5,000 over three years. The district has a strong new teacher mentoring program as well.
In a small town like Turner, the things you do daily as an educator matter; you are truly making a difference instead of your work getting lost in the shuffle of a busier place. The ability to have a positive impact on the life of each student is a reality here. A successful teaching candidate is invested in our students and willing to commit to our school and community.
