Wild Well Control is currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team.
The Business Development Representative's primary job is to promote and sell all the Products and Services of Wild Well Control including Emergency well control response services, non-emergency services (primarily engineering), Marine services, Well Control Training, Risk Management services, CSI and other services. Client base includes Major Operators, Independent Operators, Service Companies, and Drilling Contractors. This Position will also be introducing our services as they pertain to Traveler's Insurance programs. Candidate must live in the Odessa/Midland, Texas area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review Account assignments as provided by Wild Well Control.
Prioritize and schedule meetings with the assigned accounts and any potential new clients.
Engage Client in areas supported by your local region.
As necessary include Operations, Engineering, Training, Financial and/or Risk Management personnel on Client visits.
Work with and communicate with the entire Engineering, Training Operations and Risk Management teams.
Join industry groups and attend shows and functions; SPE, AADE, IADC. etc.- in the various regions.
Communicate any upcoming events with WWC Marketing to determine if participation is warranted.
Submit weekly sales reports as to the previous week's appointment, discussions, meetings, etc., and also include forward-looking plans.
Communicate with Management regarding activities and travel plans.
Developing and presenting WWCI services lines in a professional manner.
Facilitate technical Seminars at the clients locations or DTC on all Wild Well Control PSL's
Work with Marketing to develop any required collateral materials.
Personally maintain and manage Expense reports as required-(MINIMUM OF ONCE A MONTH).
Work and communicate with the entire Business Development and Marketing Team.
Participate in the Strategic Planning cycle to enhance & further the efforts for the following year.
Assist Sales & Marketing w/various sales and marketing functions- Industry/Trade Shows, Sponsored Events, Seminars & Presentations, WWCI Golf Tournament
As applicable engage Wild Well Control in conversation with Travelers agents & Brokers.
Any additional duties and responsibilities that may be required for the betterment of Wild Well Control, Inc.
Previous oil industry experience a plus
