About the RoleReporting to our Client Experience Manager, you will have the opportunity to support the development of revenue-generating relationships, and facilitate exceptional experiences for our world-class partners, ensuring they are fulfilled in their collaboration with Nexii. You will be responsible for developing the Nexii Community in Pennsylvania and beyond, managing incoming project opportunities, growing and maintaining client relationships, and developing project proposals to secure buy-in. Day to day, you will collaborate with Marketing, Licensing, Engineering, and Architecture and Design departments. You will communicate with prospective and existing clients, organize and host community, industry, and media events, developing a positive reputation for Nexii in the building technology sector.What You'll Need:
  • General industry knowledge of real estate, building, and/or construction
  • A highly personable, confident, and trustworthy demeanor
  • Excellent vendor/client management skills
  • Knowledge of basic recruitment and business development practices
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships
  • An ability to adapt, multi-task, and problem-solve in a dynamic work environment
  • An ability to thrive under pressure and manage stressful situations
  • An ability to excel both individually and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems

This person will be responsible for supporting three Business Development Managers to execute the marketing plans and initiatives of the Business Litigation, Products Liability, Insurance Coverage, Labor &amp; Employment and Intellectual Property practices. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul> <li>Responsible for drafting, customizing and production of pitch books, RFPs and presentations by utilizing the firm’s marketing databases. Manage the process for RFPs that cover multiple practices.</li> <li>Utilize the firm’s research tools to create competitive analysis on companies and industries. Collaborate with Business Development Managers and lawyers to identify legal services and cross selling opportunities for specific companies.</li> <li>Project manage the updating of matters in the Deals &amp; Cases database. Work with lawyers and Business Development Managers to collect, draft and get approvals for case summaries to be used in practice descriptions, lawyer biographies and pitch materials.
