We will count on you to:

  • Develop the business in partnership with colleagues and subject matter experts throughout Italy as well as with Marsh McLennan businesses;

  • Segment and analyze the market, identify potential suitable customers and generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events;

  • Manage sales campaigns and other initiatives, create sales proposals, presentations which creatively and effectively address complex prospect needs and appropriately communicate the Company business value of services and offering;

  • Execute sales goals by maintaining a book of business and by conducting frequent sales calls, meeting, presentations;

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business service offerings and products and apply it to client appraisals;

  • Learn how to become a trusted partner of our clients and prospects, by leveraging the skills of consultative selling and insight selling;

  • Support the transition to a new CRM, by learning the system and becoming a point of reference for the activities related to sales operations as well as for the training and for providing support to colleagues;

  • Interface closely with Consultants and client teams to understand and address client needs;

  • Keep abreast of Industry developments and trends, consulting products and services, participate in events and conferences representing the Company and have a broad and powerful professional network.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in Consulting, Marketing, Sales Operations, Administration;

  • Become part and contribute to a productive and highly collaborative environment, foster a culture of respect, continuous learning, embracing change, quality, reciprocal support.

What you need to have:

  • At least 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably within services or consulting firms; demonstrating knowledge of sales processes and ability to work in a sales environment;

  • A strong interest in the area of consulting services, especially related to Human Resources and Organization;

  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English;

  • Highly organized and adaptable, with a disciplined, systematic and pragmatic approach;

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint);

  • Ability to manage effectively your time, workload and prioritize tasks;

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team-based environment.
