The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting and building major accounts through servicing, expanding, and cultivating relationships with existing clients and new requests.
Respond to large online/offline quote requests
Identify additional clients and the decision makers within the current client organizations.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends to senior management.
Support Business Development Executives with client meetings and executive interaction.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales to meet sales goals/initiatives
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Bachelors (or equivalent)
7-10 years of sales experience
At least 2 years of sales experience in the promotional products industry
Strong management potential
Making tough recommendations
