Carolina Industrial Systems, DH Pace Company is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative in Greensboro, North Carolina. This individual will sell our commercial line of business and will specialize in selling door and door products. If you are an experienced leader with extensive outside sales who thrives on hunting for the business, please apply!

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services

  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Greensboro and surrounding areas

  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards

  • Influencing customers' decision to utilize our vast line of door products and services

  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily

  • Take on additional assignments as needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience

  • Overhead Door experience is a plus

  • Must possess valid driver's license

  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
