We're looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals for an entry level Business Development Representative position with fast growth opportunities.

We are a leading wireless communications company headquartered in Carlsbad, CA and expanding into Nashville, TN. Our company provides its clients with value and unbeatable customer service with complete transparency and integrity. Thats what makes us so successful. We are currently looking for service-minded individuals with good communication skills to fill several roles that include sales & customer service.

Daily activities include outbound calling, setting appointments, basic computer knowledge, completing the necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

Research, pre-qualify, and identify prospective organizations and key contacts within an organization

Create and execute outbound cadences for email, phone, LinkedIn, etc

Maintain approximately 100-150 outbound calls/day to key prospects to engage in conversations designed to determine interest and business fit

Secure commitment from prospects to attend a brief demo or meeting to learn more about Two Way Direct

Collaborate with your team to progress opportunities through the sales process

Consistently meet and exceed business goals

Requirements

A strong desire to be in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment

An energetic and engaging personality

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision

An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about what you do, enthusiastic, competitive, disciplined, collaborative, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic

Strong interpersonal skills

Be service oriented/ people person/ sales or call center experience preferred

Excellent listener, curious, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts and technologies

Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored

Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred, but not necessary

New college graduate or a minimum of 2 years of work experience

1+ years of inside sales preferred, but not required

1+ years of communications or telecommunication experience preferred, but not required

Strong web and computer skills: MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM/ERP experience desirable

The Business Development Representative coordinates functions and activities for Business Development to promote Rolling Hills Hospital to referral sources and to the community for the purpose of maintaining the desired patient census of the hospital programs. Qualifications Education/Training: * B.S. Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Healthcare or related field is preferred. Licensure/Certification: * Current Tennessee Driver's License Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and experience in Acute inpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.
