Responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing all aspects of competitive, progressive strength and conditioning programs for women’s soccer and women’s tennis. Coordinate and implement, plan, and manage all in-season and out-of-season player development and strength conditioning, including team and individual programming.
Major Responsibilities: Provide guidance to coaches when planning pre-game and post-game meals Consult with coaching staff regarding seasonal nutrition Coordinate rehabilitation training with Sports Medicine staff Required Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor's Degree 2 plus years of experience Must hold CSCCA certifications Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to cultural diversity and the ability to work with individuals or groups from diverse backgrounds.
