About the Team

The marketing team is undergoing an exciting transformation becoming a key business partner to drive revenue and contribute to the overall growth of the company. The Demand Generation team will leverage the foundation built by the full rebrand (formerly IDS) to drive net new growth of Solifi's software-as-a-service platform.

About the PositionAs a business development representative (BDR), you will be responsible for supporting overall demand generation activities. This includes building and executing outbound marketing campaigns, developing targeted lists, monitoring lead traffic, qualifying leads, analysing data, performing research, and presenting insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing leadership team.

This position will partner with the global BDR team and outside account executives (AEs) to share best practices and optimize the lead qualification process. Role and ResponsibilitiesWork with Demand Generation team to develop and implement strategies and initiatives to generate new clients and expand current clients

Collaborate with marketing and sales in the timely processing of inbound leads

Track prospects, identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, specific qualifications, consistently manage data using Outreach, Pardot, and Salesforce.com (SFDC)

Meet monthly marketing qualified lead (MQL) and sales-ready (SR) quotas

Work with content team to create demand generation materials associated with campaign strategy

Cultivate relationships and follow through on initiatives in order to move opportunities through the sales pipeline About You

1-3 years of working with in a sales or marketing organization in a support role

Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, finance or similar discipline desired

Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks/assignments/projects

Strong written & oral communication to accomplish tasks & manage projects from start to finish

Proficient with MS office products with demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis and create relevant reports

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Outreach, and Salesforce/Pardot desired
