Job Description: As a RevDoc representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting our Provider’s medical and aesthetic services to businesses and potential clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including spas, salons, gyms, and event organizers, to promote our Provider’s services and secure new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, tabling at events, direct interaction with potential customers, and attending industry events and trade shows.
  • Business development activities including calling on or visiting coffee shops, malls, hotels, gyms, shopping and recreational areas, and social/networking events and distributing marketing materials.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and educate potential clients on the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in medical or aesthetic industries or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Resilient and strategic in sales with a knack for effective cold outreach. Thrives on turning 'no' into an opportunity and consistently achieves success through persistence and adaptability.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory and attend events outside of regular business hours as required.
