REQUIREMENTS

We are in need of a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support and drive lead volume for our Sales Team by targeting, prospecting and qualifying leads across a variety of product lines. The BDR will be engaging with prospects on a daily basis and must be able to qualify inbound and outbound prospects by matching their needs to the correct RealMassive solution. The ideal candidate must be hungry with a hunters mindset and a strong desire to learn. In addition, he/she must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, startup environment. This sales role reports directly to the VP of Sales but will engage with other internal teams as well. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing leads in all of Companys target markets using a variety of tools and techniques
  • Prospecting and qualifying both inbound and outbound leads
  • Managing and driving a lead pipeline for both warm and cold leads
  • Execution and management of regular outbound Business Development campaigns
  • Sales and market data analysis in order to provide the sales team with performance insights

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited University
  • You have at least 3 years of experience working in a business development or sales capacity.
  • You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are coachable, a quick learner, and are eager to learn new products, methods, and industries
  • You are self-motivated and able to complete tasks on time, with minimal oversight
  • You are a team player and a solution seeker
  • You are a critical and strategic thinker that will actively participate in the improvement of sales and marketing processes
  • You are flexible and can rapidly adapt to change in a dynamic startup environment
  • You are analytical with the ability to provide insights and feedback on the market environment

  • Experience working in small or early stage startups
  • Salesforce experience
