Responsibilities • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's client base through real estate agents and borrowers • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and increase revenue • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships • Cold-calling real estate agents, attending industry events, and participating in activities that will drive business • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts Qualifications • 2 years of experience in sales; specifically lead generation and new business development • Mortgage experience preferred, but not required • Strong outbound calling experience • Desire to work earn an unlimited income and loves to interact with people • Highly motivated by a high-energy sales position • Excellent communication skills • Unparalleled work ethic, attitude and effort
