Responsibilities: • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's client base through real estate agents and borrowers • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and increase revenue • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships • Cold-calling real estate agents, attending industry events, and participating in activities that will drive business • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in lead generation • Mortgage experience preferred, but not required • Strong outbound calling experience • Desire to work earn an unlimited income and love to interact with people • Highly motivated by a high-energy sales position • Excellent interpersonal communication skills Compensation: $40,000 - $90,000 yearly • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's client base through real estate agents and borrowers • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and increase revenue • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships • Cold-calling real estate agents, attending industry events, and participating in activities that will drive business • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts
