They possess a strong understanding of high-quality cooking oils and have a proven track record in sales and business development. The candidate excels in building and maintaining client relationships, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They are adept at identifying new business opportunities and have a strategic approach to market expansion.
Minimum Requirements:Matric or relevant degreeValid driver's license and own vehicle3+ years experience in FMCG salesExisting relationships with retail stores/ buyers would be advantageousDuties:Use trained sales techniques to present, promote, and sell products to new and prospective customers.Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.Implement and monitor all promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.Obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to engage potential customers.Keep management informed by submitting detailed activity and result reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual analyses.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery schedules, and merchandising.Investigate problems, develop solutions, prepare reports, and make recommendations to resolve customer complaints.Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
