Job Description Job Description About the Position: The Opportunity Impac Fleet is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative (BDR) for a B2B sale of fleet management products and services.

The BDR will leverage tools and tech to find, nurture and set qualified appointments for Account Executives. A successful BDR is inquisitive, has great computer skills (internet searching, etc.), can communicate quickly on their feet, and is able to write personalized, creative and compelling B2B emails. Yes, some “call” it sales but we like to think we’re improving other’s lives.

Yes, we do work with companies who have fleets of vehicles but we’re not just any B2B company… we believe we “ impac ” people’s lives. Responsibilities This is a “Hunter” position requiring quality outbound sales

  • 75 calls / 10 custom emails daily Responsible for managing your pipeline in our CRM system (Salesforce) Leverage tech and social channels to personalize communication at scale (LinkedIn, Xant, Vidyard, Calendly) Communicate with your partnered Account Executive through CRM data to accelerate sales hand-off Follow foundational script and training to communicate the Impac Fleet value to decision-makers Experience Must possess strong communication skills - verbal and written Proven sales success Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred Ability to identify and influence decision-makers at all levels Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent education or equivalent related experience This would be a good fit if… you need a part-time job and can fulfill at least 25 hrs a week(no more than 30) you like the idea of being a part of a Christian, Family-Owned Company …you like the idea of a challenge …you are a “go-to” person when someone needs something done well and done fast you know when to put the cell phone away …people have to tell you to “settle down” sometimes because you have so much energy and passion …you know the difference between personal and professional …you value being present in the workplace and in relationships This may not be a good fit if… you don’t like collaborating you have a hard time under pressure … you don’t like talking on the phone or interacting with people A Day-in-the-Life inside impac Business Development When you arrive at the office in the morning, you’re greeted by hot coffee in the pot and a place to keep your lunch in the kitchen (w/ almost every complimentary snack imaginable).     Once you sit down in front of your large and high-def computer screen, you log in and are given the list of prospects for the day. Compensation/Benefits Starting at $19 an hr Base salary between $25K - $35K, commensurate upon experience and education If you become Full Time Employee After Graduation
