Job Summary

The Business Development Representative is responsible for the overall referral growth of the company through community outreach and marketing activities under the supervision of the Administrator. The Business Development Representative will develop business partnerships generating Hospice and Home Care (Home Health) referral growth by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations.

Serves as the agency staff liaison with physicians, facilities, discharge planners and community agencies. Responsible for the overall development and referral growth for Emanate Health Hospice (Inpatient and in the Field) and Home Care (Home Health Agency). The Business Development Representative is responsible for meeting regulatory requirements throughout the consent and sales process.

Job Requirements

a. Minimum Education Requirement :

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications. Must have excellent oral communication skills.

b.Minimum Experience Requirement :

Is self-directed and possesses the ability to work with little supervision.

$31.39 - $44.89
