Our innovative and patented HandiTreads are manufactured in Kenosha, WI using the strictest quality guidelines to ensure complete customer satisfaction and lifetime use.

Hand Products is currently seeking a Business Development Representative for our Kenosha, WI location, to support both our Retail and our direct Customer teams. This individual will be responsible for effectively managing tactical business activity on a daily basis. The Business Development Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills by developing retail contacts, make prospect calls and build ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Some travel may be required for trade shows and line reviews. Associates in this position will gain a sound understanding of our customers, products, processes and systems, and retail marketing.


Job Responsibilities include:

  • Identify stores by conducting outbound calls
  • Item data management
  • Grow sales and profits using a large array of safety, accessibility, and pet solutions.
  • Build strong knowledge of all aspects, benefits and features for Handi-Products products pricing and marketing strategy.
  • Develop, manage, and grow retail placement throughout United States, Mexico, and Canada
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contact and actions utilizing a CRM system, Google Doc, and shared drive.
  • Maintain timely and accurate sales reports and call logs.
  • Review weekly retail account overview and action plans.
  • Prepare quotes, sales orders and generate reports.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.

  • Exceptional listener with excellent time management, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by generating and closing sales independently
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and creatively solve customers problems
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
